A rigorous 4-phase curriculum that transforms foundational design skills into seasoned enterprise product design execution.

Phase 1 • Weeks 1–4

Foundations & Design Systems

Deconstruct modern product architecture, master Entwy's design system tokens, and participate in design reviews.

Yes, absolutely. All accepted residents receive a competitive monthly fellowship stipend throughout the duration of the 3 to 6-month program, in addition to dedicated hardware, learning resources, and studio perks.
The residency is our primary pipeline for hiring high-performing Product Designers. Residents who meet performance benchmarks and demonstrate strong craft, ownership, and product velocity will be extended full-time job offers upon completing Phase 4.
We operate as an on-site / hybrid collaborative studio at our South Asia HQ in Perungudi, Chennai. In-person collaboration with engineers and design leads is vital to the mentorship experience, though flexible hybrid arrangements are supported.
We look for deep problem-solving rigor over cosmetic Dribbble shots. Case studies showcasing clear user journey flows, component architecture, thoughtful typography, and consideration for edge cases and accessibility stand out highest in our evaluation.
