About the Role
We are hiring a Director of Technical Program Management to lead Entwy’s program execution strategy across large-scale, multi-functional initiatives.
This is a leadership role responsible for building TPM frameworks, driving execution rigor, and ensuring complex enterprise programs are delivered on time, within scope, and at production-grade quality standards.
In This Role, You Will

Define and implement company-wide program management frameworks

Lead execution across complex AI and enterprise platform initiatives

Establish delivery governance, risk management, and reporting structures

Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, Engineering, GTM, and Operations

Oversee program health metrics, milestone tracking, and resource allocation

Resolve execution bottlenecks and escalate critical risks proactively
-
Mentor and scale the Technical Program Management team
You’ll Thrive If You

Have 10+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering leadership

Have led large-scale, cross-functional enterprise initiatives

Understand AI systems, SaaS platforms, or distributed architectures

Can balance strategic oversight with operational detail
