About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Business Operations to architect and lead Entwy’s operational backbone.
This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for aligning strategy with execution across departments. You will build systems, processes, and governance structures that enable scalable growth, operational efficiency, and cross-functional clarity.
You will work closely with the Founder, Leadership Team, and Department Heads to drive measurable business outcomes.
In This Role, You Will

Design and implement company-wide operational frameworks

Establish OKRs, performance metrics, and execution dashboards

Drive cross-functional alignment between Product, GTM, and Engineering

Optimize budgeting, resource allocation, and cost structures

Improve workflow efficiency and delivery velocity

Build governance models for compliance and enterprise-grade operations

Identify bottlenecks and implement scalable process improvements

Support leadership with strategic planning and execution tracking
You’ll Thrive If You

Have 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, or management consulting

Have led cross-functional execution in fast-scaling technology companies
-
Understand enterprise product development and GTM motions
-
Think in systems, metrics, and execution clarity

Are highly structured yet adaptable

Can move between strategic thinking and hands-on execution

Communicate clearly with leadership and operational teams

Bonus if you have:

Experience in AI or SaaS-driven companies

Built operational frameworks from 0-to-1

Experience in enterprise scaling environments
