About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Public Sector Sales to lead Entwy’s public sector growth strategy.
You will own the entire sales lifecycle — from relationship building and strategic positioning to large-scale deal closures and account expansion.
This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep institutional understanding, credibility, and long-cycle sales experience.
In This Role, You Will

Define and execute the public sector GTM strategy

Build relationships with senior government stakeholders

Navigate RFPs, tenders, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks

Structure large, multi-year enterprise deals

Collaborate with Engineering and Product for solution positioning

Build and lead a public sector sales team
-
Drive revenue targets and long-term account growth
You’ll Thrive If You

Have 8+ years of enterprise or public sector sales experience
-
Have successfully closed high-value government or institutional deals
-
Understand procurement cycles and compliance requirements

Can build credibility with senior-level stakeholders

Think strategically and execute tactically

Are comfortable operating in long sales cycles
