About the Role

We are hiring a Head of Public Sector Sales to lead Entwy’s public sector growth strategy.

You will own the entire sales lifecycle — from relationship building and strategic positioning to large-scale deal closures and account expansion.

This is a strategic leadership role requiring deep institutional understanding, credibility, and long-cycle sales experience.

In This Role, You Will

  • Define and execute the public sector GTM strategy

  • Build relationships with senior government stakeholders

  • Navigate RFPs, tenders, procurement processes, and compliance frameworks

  • Structure large, multi-year enterprise deals

  • Collaborate with Engineering and Product for solution positioning

  • Build and lead a public sector sales team

  • Drive revenue targets and long-term account growth

You’ll Thrive If You

  • Have 8+ years of enterprise or public sector sales experience

  • Have successfully closed high-value government or institutional deals

  • Understand procurement cycles and compliance requirements

  • Can build credibility with senior-level stakeholders

  • Think strategically and execute tactically

  • Are comfortable operating in long sales cycles

  • Bonus if you have:

  • Experience selling AI or enterprise SaaS solutions

  • Strong network within government or public institutions

  • Experience in digital transformation initiatives
